The venue
Sixteen Ellis Street is located in the discreet back lanes off Chapel Street in the heart of South Yarra. Although some say it may be a challenge to find us, it is definitely worth the effort once you arrive at the gold door under the glow of the red lamp. Your guests will be intrigued from the beginning... from here you enter a world of indulgence... an opulent atmosphere that stimulates the senses.

You are welcomed into a room lit by vintage chandeliers and furnished with sumptuous leather couches and armchairs. You find yourself immersed in candlelight and red velvet with contrasting raw warehouse elements. Our fully stocked bar invites you and your guests to explore a myriad of options from lavish cocktails and rare spirits to the finest French Champagne. Soon the velvet curtains part to reveal the main space, reminiscent of a New York loft setting combined with a Parisian boudoir. Striking art-deco chandeliers crown the eclectic decor which includes gilt framed mirrors and intimate booths along a wall.

The effect is mesmerising.
