• An amazing spread of fresh fruits, wonderful local cheeses, a variety of fantastic dips and pate (all served with an array of crisp breads and crackers).

• Stuffed button mushrooms – oven roasted mushy’s stuffed with semi dried tomato and philly cheese.
• Peppered beef – lightly seared peppered beef with onion jam and watercress
• Saffron risotto balls – traditional lightly fried cheese and saffron risotto
• Chorizo sausage tartlet – Spanish sausage with peppers and basil
