If you’re looking for a Yarra Valley Winery with an amazing view – you’ve found it! Our 120 acres of vineyard has a backdrop of Mount Donna Buang and is surrounded by the Yarra Ranges. We believe we have the most spectacular view in the Yarra Valley so come out and see it for yourself and see what you think.Â
Our modern venue seats up to 60 guests, or we can host a cocktail style event up to 120 guests. You have the whole place to yourselves, exclusively: an intimate venue space just right for your small wedding, and with a huge vineyard and views of vines as far as your eye can see. Your guests will love being out on the fantastic elevated deck or enjoying drinks down on the lawn where your ceremony can also be held. Our space is flexible – choose to be inside or out, or both.
Do you picture your guests dancing the night away on the lawn? Create the perfect dance floor on the lawn with festoon lights and some great music. Or on Bulong’s deck, with the DJ or band under the marquee and stools and wine barrels to rest their drinks on, and when the dancing kicks off, the day transitions into evening beautifully as the sun sinks low over the vines. Do you love fairy lights – so do we.
We also love a food truck at Bulong Estate Winery and it is a great space in the summer for a relaxed garden party vibe with a food truck.
Or an elegant cocktail party , with croquet on the lawn and an acoustic musician to entertain. The space is flexible and so are we; we help you create your wedding the way you want to. We welcome cultural weddings and have hosted a full range of ceremony and cultural weddings. We can help you with recommended caterers and food trucks of all different styles and price points, or you are welcome to bring your own preferred caterers.
What about drinks, yes we are a winery and we make and serve our own excellent wine. It is all grown, made and bottled onsite so you are really drinking local. We have a great range including a sweet sparkling Rose, delicious whites Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Gris and Chardonnay. And the reds include Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz. We stock a great range of beers and ciders, and can do mixed spirits and cocktails as well. Again we are flexible with our offerings with all the options of beverage packages, bar tabs and guests purchasing.
If you are looking for an even smaller celebration of love without the hype, such as an elopement, just the two of you and a couple of witnesses. Or add some more special guests and you have a micro wedding, sharing the moment with your very closest family and friends.
We have elopement and micro wedding packages, with your celebrant and photographer included to take the stress out of it.

The owner and manager, Monica, is so wonderful to work with. She really puts you at ease with her extensive experience and advice, is so well-organised and really puts in the extra effort to help make the day go as smoothly as possible.
Another plus for us was how flexible they are for DIY weddings and bringing in your own vendors. We decided to DIY most things in our wedding and almost every request we had could be accommodated.

We had our wedding (ceremony and reception) at Bulong and it was absolutely wonderful. The ceremony setting was beautiful; the views over the vineyard and hills are amazing, and the immaculate gardens were perfect for photos.This flowed seamlessly into our great reception. We had two long tables on the deck under the marquee and festoon lights, which created the perfect "family dinner vibe on a larger scale" - exactly what we wanted! Our guests felt so comfortable and raved about the incredible food. The staff are in a league of their own. The service was exceptional, nothing was too much trouble, and they ensured the entire day went off without a hitch. From the ceremony to the dance floor on the deck, it was all flawless!
