We offer a complete wedding package inclusive of ceremony, reception and luxury accommodation in a stunning vineyard setting. Smaller, more intimate weddings and banquet settings up to 200 guests are all catered for with the same fine restaurant cuisine that Glen Erin is renowned for. Our Vineyard Room is the perfect location for your special day boasting breathtaking views of the vineyards and expansive rolling hills beyond.

Your guests can be accommodated in 4.5 star king bedded luxury in the 24 room hotel with private balconies. The bridal party can enjoy the quiet seclusion of the circa 1860 Glen Erin Homestead, fully renovated to provide 6 beautiful large bedrooms with full ensuites along with large entertaining areas for all guests to enjoy.

Ceremonies

Receptions

Style One: Four course meal
Hot and cold canapes followed by your choice of entree, main & dessert served alternately to your guests and freshly brewed coffee, tea and miniardise.

Style Two: Buffet menu
Canapes followed by gourmet antipasto platters served at the table, main and dessert provided at a buffet table with warm and cold seasonal selections.

Style Three: Cocktail menu
Substantial canapes and mini delights served in four phases followed by a dessert buffet.

All of our reception styles are inclusive of premium house beverages (including bottled red and white wine and sparkling), room and table flowers in your selected colour.

I booked the homestead for my 40th birthday with 11 people and it was absolutely incredible from start to finish. The team, especially Robyn, Steph, and Bailey, provided amazing service — professional, responsive, and accommodating no matter how many changes I made. Everything was effortless, and the homestead truly felt like a one-stop shop.

The property itself is fantastic — separate wings with private bathrooms, plenty of space, a fully equipped BBQ area, and a stunning pool. Early check-in and late check-out made everything even easier, and the pricing was very reasonable.

The only downside was the breakfast, which I couldn’t eat as it was tasteless. Otherwise, every detail was perfectly planned. I would highly recommend this place for any special occasion — it made my celebration unforgettable.

A group of us ( nine couples) stayed here last weekend. We had a fantastic time. The rooms were spacious and spotless while the views from the rooms overlooking the vineyard were superb! Robyn and the other staff were a pleasure to deal with and nothing was a problem for them. The breakfast each morning was very good and set the tone for the day. Would recommend this place to anyone. Have plans to stay there again in the next few months.

Had a delightful weekend stay with 8 other couples - the staff were very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast options were excellent. The spacious lounge was perfect for us to gather around after dinner. All in all highly recommend a visit again

What a lovely staff. The staff make it. Rosemary on concierge was so lovely and accommodating. The staff in the restaurant were much the same. So warm and welcoming. Food was great and the property is just awesome. Highly recommend.
