Marybrooke Receptions offer luxury accommodation for you and your guests complete with beautifully appointed rooms and large windows, so that you can admire the splendour of the surroundings. The mansion has two beautifully appointed function rooms, the Blue Room which caters for intimate groups, or the Dining Room, which is perfect for groups of up to 110.
The indoor ceremony room boasts an open fireplace, superb views and is perfect for a winter wedding. However, if you prefer an outdoor ceremony, the garden gazebo, set against the forest, is sure to result in stunning photographs.

However, the highlight of our stay came the following morning. We were trying to get a taxi to the Puffing Billy Railway but, despite repeated attempts, were unable to secure one. We were on the verge of abandoning our plans and returning to Melbourne’s central business district instead.
At that point, Helen from Marybrooke Manor stepped in. She insisted that we should not miss the opportunity to experience Puffing Billy and, to our astonishment, personally drove our family of four to the station in her own car. Thanks to her kindness, we arrived just in time to catch the train.
Our children had an unforgettable experience on Puffing Billy, and we are incredibly grateful to Helen for going so far above and beyond to help us. Her generosity and genuine care were extraordinary. Without question, her kindness was the highlight of our entire trip to Melbourne.

The manor itself is absolutely stunning, with gorgeous gardens, beautiful photo locations and such a romantic atmosphere throughout the entire property. So many of our guests commented on how amazing the venue looked and how smoothly the whole day ran.
One of the things we loved most was having everything in one place — ceremony, reception and accommodation. It made the day feel so relaxed and easy for both us and our guests. The accommodation was lovely and waking up there the next morning was such a special feeling.
The staff were always helpful, professional and accommodating throughout the planning process and on the wedding day itself. We truly felt looked after and were able to just enjoy every moment together without stress.
The food was also incredible and the reception space created such a fun and elegant atmosphere for the night.
We’re so grateful to have celebrated our wedding at Marybrooke Manor and will always look back on our day there so fondly. We would absolutely recommend it to any couple looking for a beautiful and memorable wedding venue.
Helen, Hannah and the rest of the staff were wonderful. They were so attentive and really ensured our day went smoothly. The reception room was very tastefully decorated, and then we added our own touches to go with the rainbow colour theme.
A real highlight is the quality of the food. ll our guests raved how good it was, and those with special dietry needs we also well covered.
We are still waiting for official photos, but just wanted highlight how great this venue is and would recommend Marybrooke Manor to anyone for their special day. They certainly made our dreams come true.
