Reviews
The breakfast the hotel offers includes the standard continental side, with also extra options such as pastries, yoghurt and rice pudding. They also provide a chef that will cook eggs for you however you like them. Alongside that the breakfast also has plenty warm dishes on offer.
I'd like to make a special mention to the service provided at the hotel. We ordered room service one evening (which was also very nice food). One dish we ordered was the apple pie which said on the menu it came with ice cream. When the dessert arrived without the ice cream we asked the gentlemen if this could be fixed and he politely helped us out - thank you for your service! The front desk also helped us with ordering taxis and storing our suitcases when needed. The staff during breakfast are also very friendly and hard-working as they constantly keep the area tidy and food and drink topped up for the guests.
Down on lower floors is the pool, spa and gym. The spa is very warm and the pool is also nice, and pool towels are provided - however it did feel a bit claustrophobic and stuffy with no windows.
Overall, a really lovely hotel that provides comfortable rooms, friendly staff and is conveniently located near a tram spot.
