Woods Sherbrooke is located between Poets Lane and Marybrooke reception venues in the wedding precinct of Sherbrooke in the beautiful Dandenong Ranges.  We specialise in small, intimate weddings and events for those looking for a relaxed and elegant venue.

After a winding drive along a country road past the forest with towering Mountain Ash on either side, your guests will arrive at this tranquil location set in century old English gardens.

The historic Art Deco building features ceiling rose, a light & neutral colour palette, polished wooden floors and bespoke large oval cedar windows which frame the garden outside.

Established for over 20 years, Woods Sherbrooke will delight your guests with award winning modern Australian cuisine showcasing delicious local and seasonal produce complimented by wines from the region and attentive service from our experienced wait staff.

We discovered this charming cafe by accident whilst staying in the Dandenongs from Adelaide. Kate's warm greeting set the scene for delicious coffee which beckoned us back for a tasty and lovingly prepared breakfast the next morning. It was the highlight of our trip & we can't wait to return on our next stay in the Dandenongs. We also purchased 2 pieces of Kate's unique pottery as a memento of our special time. Kathy and Mike

I shared a beautiful lunch here today with a friend who had recently experienced a family bereavement. Sitting outside in the pretty garden under the canopy of the trees was very therapeutic for her. Everything about our visit was lovely & we came home afterwards much rejuvenated & with spirits lifted. It was a truly perfect outing. Thank you 💐

What an amazing little find. Only been once for breakfast but we have decided to head back next weekend and try the lunch menu.

The garden is beautiful and well maintained with the whole place has a chill vibe.

Woods was the best cafe/venue I’ve been too in a long time. I attended a wedding on 17/1/26 that was the best catered wedding I’ve been to in a beautiful garden setting. I am a Coeliac and their GF options were beyond amazing. Everything that was served to “non” Coeliacs was served in a GF version, delicious ++ This venue is *****
