Celebrant with Wings’ Ray Galea is a celebrant with a love for travel, a sense of humour and a passion for people. Having experienced those cringe-worthy forgettable ceremonies, Ray vowed to create fun, engaging, bespoke wedding experiences.
An International Flight Attendant for more than 30 years, Ray has a wealth of experience behind him that assists him in understanding a wide range of people – happy to speak other languages if required; a phrase in Vietnamese, Italian or Spanish not beyond him!
Also offering an MC service, Ray is fun, energetic and embraces family and friends on your big day.

Ray was both our celebrant and MC for our wedding in spring 2025, and we were so glad we found him! He was so relaxed and friendly in the preparation/lead up, and his guidance helped us navigate creating a ceremony that felt very us! On the day, he absolutely nailed the balance between telling a heartfelt story with making us (and all our guests) laugh until we cried. After being together for 17 years, we decided to 'confirm our union'. Our wedding was a total surprise to all guests (except our daughters who were our witnesses) as they thought they were attending my wife's birthday party. Ray came across as a guest till everyone was advised of what was about to happen... surprise was an understatement; it actually took some convincing till Ray started proceedings, which was exactly as we wanted it... simple, elegant, memorable and fun!
